Why two 16-foot gates can need different answers
A 16-foot aluminum tube gate may be relatively light and allow wind to pass through. A 16-foot solid wood privacy gate can be much heavier and can act like a sail in strong wind. A model that is technically within a length limit can still be a poor choice if other documented limits or installation conditions are exceeded.
